- A handwritten note, where you provide the message, and we handwrite it with care.

How long does it take to get my order?
- Production Time: 1-4 business days on average, 10 days max.
- Transit Time: 1-7 business days via USPS; varies depending on USPS capacity; can take longer during peak times.
- Total Order-to-Delivery Time: 2-11 days average; can take longer during peak times.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are based on USPS rates. We offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more after applying any applicable discounts.
Return & Exchange
One Free Return & Exchange per Order
You can return unused, unworn items in new condition with the original tags intact within 30 days of delivery for store credit or different sizes.
Please note that personalized and clearance items are not eligible for the free return and exchange program.
You’re allowed one free return label per order.
$10 stocking fee for cash refund
A $10 restocking fee will apply for cash refunds, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Personalized items
Personalized items are not eligible for a full refund, but we do offer store credit at 75% of the original product price for returns.

I started happii after battling with depression and anxiety for several years.
