001. Damaged or Incorrect Order

Free with prepaid label if contacted within the time limit.

We'll send you the replacement as soon as the original package is dropped off at the USPS.
002. Exchange (Non-Personalized Items)
Need to exchange for a different size?
Enjoy a free exchange! We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for approved exchanges (maximum one free exchange per order).

No problem! Your return is free, and store credit will be issued as soon as we receive your item.

004. Refund (Non-Personalized Items)
Need to return your item for a cash refund?
The customer is responsible for return shipping, and a $10 restocking fee will be applied. Remember, if you choose to receive store credit, your return is free!

005. Personalized Items
We love creating personalized items just for you, making each piece unique and special! Unfortunately this means we don't offer a full refund.
You may return your item for store credit equal to 75% of the original product price.

- 25% of the product cost will be deducted from the store credit or refund amount.
- If you choose store credit, we'll provide a prepaid label for an accepted return. We allow one free return label per order.
- If you choose a cash refund, you’re responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We highly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking information for your return, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit.

- We'll issue the store credit or the refund as soon as we receive and inspect the item.
- The cash refund should appear in your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Clearance items and custom orders are final sale, sold as is, and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% happii with your purchase! Here’s a quick overview of our return policy:
- One Free Return & Exchange per Order: We want to make it easy for you, so we cover the return shipping cost for eligible returns and exchanges! You can return unused, unworn items in new condition with the original tags intact within 30 days of delivery for store credit or different sizes. Please note that personalized and clearance items are not eligible for the free return and exchange program. You’re allowed one free return label per order.
- Cash Refunds: A $10 restocking fee will apply for cash refunds, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Personalized Items: These are not eligible for a full refund, but we do offer store credit at 75% of the original product price for returns.
- Clearance Items: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What items are eligible for return or exchange?
Eligible items for return or exchange include those that are unused, unworn, and in new condition, with the original tags still attached.
Personalized items can be returned for store credit at 75% of the original product price, but clearance items and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I exchange an item for a different product?
We don’t allow direct exchanges for different products. Instead, we’ll issue you store credit for the original item, which you can use to purchase the new product.
Can I return personalized items?
Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, if you need to return a personalized item, we can issue store credit at 75% of the original product price.
Please keep in mind that the original shipping cost will not be credited back. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!
Will I be refunded the original shipping cost?
Unfortunately, the original shipping cost is not refundable. If you choose to return an item for store credit, your return shipping will be free, but any shipping fees from your original order will not be credited back. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!
How will I receive my store credit?
