We offer a 6 month warranty for jewelry products from the date of purchase. Our warranty program covers defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product.

This includes issues such as:

  • Chain breaking from the clasp or jump ring
  • Chain breaking in the middle without force being applied to (no stretched links)
  • Faulty clasp
  • Tarnish of gold filled material despite following the Care Instruction
  • Stretch cord breaking without applying force

Items that qualify for the warranty will be repaired free of charge including shipping both ways.

If you need a repair outside our warranty program, please follow these steps:

  3. Attach clear photos that show the defect and the whole product
  4. Our team will get back to you asap with next steps.

004. What is NOT covered by the warranty program

Our warranty doesn't cover:

  • Lost/stolen items
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, and any modifications or alterations by a 3rd party
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow jewelry cleaning instructions
  • Items that were broken with force, such as accidentally pulling on the chain or stretching the bracelet

005. Other details about the warranty & repair program

  1. We reserve the right to deny any claims found to be fraudulent or outside of the stated warranty coverage.
  2. If your claim is approved, we will ask you to send back the whole product including faulty or broken parts.
  3. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it and determine the appropriate course of action.
  4. We will fix the issue and return the product or send a new product of equal or similar value.
  5. Items that qualify for the warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge, including the shipping costs.
  6. For repairs, the customer will bear the shipping cost for repairs.

First of all, it’s clear that someone loves you very much! You mean so much to the gift giver, and so do you to us!

To start a warranty claim, please reach out to us and provide us the email address and the name of the gift giver. If that’s not possible, you can still contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you with the information you have.

What happens if my jewelry is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewelry. We recommend keeping your jewelry in a safe place and considering insurance for added protection against loss or theft. If you have any other questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us!

Can I transfer the warranty to someone else?

Yes, our warranty is transferable! The warranty period is 6 months from the initial purchase date. If you give the jewelry as a gift or sell it to someone else, the new owner will need to provide the name and email address of the original purchaser so that we can locate the order and verify the warranty period and product details.

How long does it take to process a warranty claim?

Once we have all the necessary information, including proof of purchase and clear photos, we typically make a decision within 1 to 2 business days.

If your claim is approved, you can download the return label from your account.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it again and either repair or replace it within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that for items that have been discontinued, it may take longer than 5 business days, as we might not have all the necessary parts.

We strive to handle everything as quickly as possible and will keep you updated throughout the process.

What if my jewelry needs repairs after the warranty period?

We can certainly assist with repairs after the warranty period for a small fee plus the cost of materials.

Each repair request is assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue.
