Transit Time
Once crafted, your order will be shipped via USPS. It typically takes 1 to 7 business days.

Please note that transit times can vary depending on USPS capacity.

Total Order-to-Delivery
In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 11 business days, though it may take longer during peak times.

Simply wrap a measuring tape around your wrist, ensuring it makes full contact with your skin all the way around. For the most accurate fit, pull the tape snugly around your wrist but without digging into your skin.

2. General guideline

Our bracelet size indicates the inner circumference of the bracelet

If you prefer a snug fit, order the bracelet size that matches your wrist measurement. For example: If your wrist measures 6 inches, select size 6 for your bracelet.
If you prefer a loose fit, add 0.25" to 0.5" to the measurement

Yes, we handcraft items on-demand in the USA, so there are several ways we can customize and personalize your jewelry! You can customize the followings:

Chain Length: Select the length with or without an extender.
Chain Type: We offer four types: dainty cable chain, thin box chain, satellite chain, and paperclip chain.
Bracelet Size
Custom Words on Acrylic Letter Beads

Can you expedite my order?

However, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

No, neither gift orders nor regular orders will show the price on the packing slip. Our packing slip includes item details and the sender’s information but does not display prices. If you prefer, we can also omit the packing slip from your package upon request.

Yes! You can include a personal message with your gift order. Simply enter your message in the designated field at checkout or email as after you place the order, and we’ll include it with your order.

We only use USPS for shipping. You can choose between USPS Ground Advantage or Priority shipping at checkout
