What size should I order?
To ensure the perfect fit for your bracelet, take a moment for a quick measure.
Simply wrap a measuring tape around your wrist, ensuring it makes full contact with your skin all the way around. For the most accurate fit, pull the tape snugly around your wrist but without digging into your skin.
Here’s how to pick your size
Our bracelet size indicates the inner circumference of the bracelet
- If you prefer a snug fit, order the bracelet size that matches your wrist measurement. For example: If your wrist measures 6 inches, select size 6 for your bracelet.
- If you prefer a loose fit, add 0.25" to 0.5" to the measurement
The most popular size is 6.5.

Just a heads-up: sizes larger than 7.5 inches might incur a small additional cost.
And please note that customized items are considered final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
How long does it take to get my order?
Processing Time: 2-4 days on average, 10 days max.
We lovingly handcraft each item to order, infusing it with lots of love. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing before your order is shipped out. On average, our processing time ranges from 2 to 4 days, though this can vary due to factors such as order volume and the team's capacity.
Shipping Time: 1-7 days.
Once your order is "processed", USPS will deliver your package. Depending on the service you choose and the destination, shipping time can vary from 1 to 7 days.
Total Order-to-Delivery Time: 3-10 days average, 17 days max
Combining these two, you'll likely receive your orders typically within 3-10 business days, but it can take up to 17 business days.
Will I get a tracking number for my package?
Yes, you will! Once we ship your order, we'll send you an email with your USPS tracking number. If you can't find this email in your inbox, it might be in your spam folder, so please check there too. Use the link in the email to track your package and see when it's expected to arrive.
