I hope that you are able to do whatever feels most meaningful and healing to you - maybe it's hiding away from the world and all of its cruel reminders, or maybe it's making new memories by leaning harder into joy and community, or maybe it's marching through the world as if you were any other person on any other day. Or maybe it's all or none of those.
There are no timelines or right answers when it comes to grief; there is only surviving and taking care of yourself the best you can, whatever that looks like for you right now.
