We created this t-shirt to raise awareness of 988, suicide & mental health lifeline. 

988 is a new, nationwide hotline for a mental health crisis, launched on July 16, 2022.

If you, or your loved one, is experiencing suicidal thoughts, call or text 988. You'll be connected to a mental health counselor, who will listen and provide support. 

Call or text 988. We can stop suicide.

Each number in 988 consists of positive affirmations. 

  • '9' consists of:
    • It's okay to not be okay.
