All our orders are made to order. It allows us to create each piece specifically for you, reduce waste, and minimize impact on the environment.

On average, it takes 3-7 business days from order to ship. 

 

US SHIPPING

• All US orders $75 or more ship free!
• Shipping cost for packages under 1lb is $4.00. They're shipped via USPS First Class Package. Once shipped, it typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive. 
• Shipping cost for packages 1lb or more is $9.00. They're shipped via USPS Priority Package. Once shipped, it typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer the following options for international shipping:

• USPS First Class Package International: typically delivers in 1-3+ weeks
• USPS Priority Mail International: typically delivers in 6-10 business days
• UPS Worldwide Saver: typically delivers in 1-3 business days

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

We want to ensure our pieces last a long time to accompany you throughout your mental health and happiness journey. 

That being said, online shopping can be tricky. 

If you're not 100% happii with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@happii.today within 30 days of delivery.

We'll send you a different size & color, or issue a full refund. We'll send you a return label so that you can return the pieces at no cost.
